CPU usage in Signal Path

In your documentation I read that in the Signal Path screen I can check the CPU usage. I use the NUCLEUS Server rev. A and activate the EQ parameters for my headphones; on my iPad Pro, iPhone, MAC in the Signal Path no CPU usage index appears. Naturally ROON, the server and app are updated to the latest version available. Is it a bug? How can I verify this data?

It’s not just the CPU but a more complex calculation of the speed factor. If it is above 100x it is hidden because it’s meaningless and you have no problems whatsoever. I have a 10th gen i5 NUC with ROCK and when playing 16/44.1 (CD quality) tracks with a DSP convolution filter and volume leveling I still get around 100x, so sometimes it disappears and sometimes it appears showing around 99x. I have to run 192/24 with convolution and volume leveling to get it down to about 55x.

There is much detail about what the indicator means (and what it doesn’t) in this post:

Thank you very much.

I imagined it, but in the documentation you can see 1.3x and then I had the doubt that there were problems.

I agree it should mention that it may not be visible (and maybe explain in the detail that Danny provided). There is a wealth of information that Roon staff kindly provided that’s dispersed over forum posts and it would be great if it was available in the help / knowledge base
