After installing the latest build of Roon, I just noticed clipping on bass heavy tracks and this is happens only on one particular scenario. Perhaps it might be happening on previous releases too. I have PEQ set on both channels (L&R) as a HP filter 35hz@24db/octave to roll off the very low bass of my stand mount monitor speakers. I always have the clipping monitor set to active in DSP.
