Hello everyone, I am a new Roon user and I would like to expand my system, that is to buy a Dac to connect to the NAS (via ethernet) and to the amplifier (in analogue). My budget is limited: less than 1K $. Tips? Thanks Paolo
An adi-2-dac and raspberry Pi running ropieee via USB. Up there with the best, and within your budget! If the DAC is a reach, then start with an adapter (HATs), such as a hifiberry dac2 for the raspberry Pi.

Over budget by $100 but maybe the best all in one solution at that sort of money.
