Description of Issue

Since the update to Roon 2.0 and the use of ARC, I have to log in to Roon every day. Until now, a new authentication was necessary every few months at most. Do I have to check anything?

The system is otherwise working smoothly at the moment, including ARC.

@UliR, to be clear, are you being asked to login on Roon ARC or Roon? Thanks.

@Martin_Webster Roon. No matter which remote I use. Login takes a few seconds, then I am back in and everything is fine for the rest of the day, next day: same procedure.

Are you experiencing this with Roon Remote or Roon ARC or both; your answer isn’t clear.

“Roon Remote”, no matter which one I use. Today, the problem did not yet show up.

The problem has not appeared for 2 days in a row now - strange. I mark the issue as “Solution”, although I would have liked to know what is going on.
