Description Of Issue

Roon prompts for login once a day, then I get a message that I need to unauthorise my remote as a Core

upon which Roon is ready to use. Any help would be appreciated! This behaviour started after an update, before it was working fine.

Make sure you are on the latest qnap firmware, if not - update. Make sure you are running latest Roon qnap package, if not - update.

This is the link for the updated QNAP Roon App, hope it helps. It will need to be installed manually in the QNAP App centre.

Fix for recurring authorization prompt

I have put updates for the QNAP and Asustor NAS (which have been sent to QNAP App Center / Asustor App Central) on the roononnas.org website, for manual installation as long as they are not officially published. It should fix the recurring authorization prompt after NAS reboot, introduced in Roon Server build 571. Update: Roon Server for ASUSTOR has been published to the ASUSTOR App Central.
