After the upgrade all DI.FM radio stations I had previously set up under Internet radio are gone and no longer approachable and there appears to be no way to hard code the URL’s back in
All previously added stations are still there (Main menu … scroll down … select My Live Radio).
Also this is still the same as before (see above).

Do they show up when you go to My Live Radio?
You can also manually add stations there as outlined in the KB:
