Our Demo System is Down after attempting to Update Firmware. No Power Light, but Network indicator is lit?
What device are you running the server on? Furthermore, if you’re a Roon Nucleus dealer, you should have a dealer contact email.

Ben with the support team here, I wanted to check in and see if you were able to get things sorted out, or got in touch via our Dealer support? I didn’t see any existing tickets so I though it important to triple-check.
