Mono can be done with DSP I think, but so far only in regular Roon, not ARC, there are posts / threads about it. Maybe this helps:

Ordering tracks by date added is possible at least on desktop and tablet. Add the column and sort by it:
In playlists there is the same but it goes by added to library, not added to playlist, so probably not what you want there. Maybe the last played column helps a bit.
For scrolling at least on iPad there is a scroll bar to drag without swiping. I seem to remember it exists on Android too
Generally for feature suggestions it works best to create them one by one in Feature Suggestions where they will receive a vote button allowing users to add their support for specific requests
