Devialet Expert 1000 Pro CI, connectivity problem. My Devialet Pro disappears from ROON (raat?) audio zone list. After some while it comes back and after some while it disappears again. This problem started about a week ago. I have used this connetion already years without problems and suddenly this problem started. I have heard that I´m not alone with this problem at the moment. I can connect via Devialet Airplay normally, the problem is in ROON RAAT connection.
All my Devialets have something like this. They loose connection and can not be found by Roon, the Devialet app on iPhone or other app. This happens maybe once per year for each device, both pro and non-pro. This always resolved after unplugging the power of that Devialet for a bit so fast.
Are you connecting via cable or WiFi? I think there’s an issue with 1gb/s not working, people solved this by either setting the router port to 100gb/s, or using a small Ethernet switch in the path. I don’t know what else could have changed if you say it worked fine until last week.
Can you please let us know the exact local time + date when you next notice the Devialet go missing? Do you notice any other zones disappear or just the Devialet? Are you making use of any VPN?
