Hi @eric.bokufa,

Are you missing any other Zones, as well? Do you see local Zones under “This Mac” in Settings → Audio? If not, please ensure you’ve granted Roon local permissions in your macOS settings. Here are steps you can use.

Do you have any network hardware between your MacBook and the Devialet, like access points, mesh nodes, switches, or second routers?

We need to make mDNS traffic is flowing as Roon expects between RoonServer and the endpoint. Some managed networks will optimize or block mDNS device announcements, interfering with Roon Ready.

Is the Devialet visible via another protocol, like Airplay? What about outside in Roon, in the MacBook Airplay settings?

We’ll watch for your reply. Thank you!

Hi @eric.bokufa,

Just checking in on this. Were you able to confirm whether any local Zones show up under This Mac in Settings > Audio, and whether the Devialet appears in AirPlay or in the MacBook’s AirPlay settings? If the Mac-side audio devices are still missing, the steps in Fix Missing Audio Devices After a macOS Update in Roon may help, and we also still need to know if there is any access point, mesh node, switch, or second router between the MacBook and the Devialet. Let us know what you find, and we can go from there.
