Does the machine power up as expected if you power cycle with the main button manually? Do any errors present within Roon itself?
Of course, but if this happens from time to time, is it a software issue or a hardware issue?

I enabled diagnostics mode for your account and I did not see any issues with the hardware. It looks like you had a lot of network errors though, so I would investigate in this direction. What does your network setup look like - what is the model/manufacturer of your router, any switches, or other gear? Is the Nucleus connected directly to the main router?
My router is the R4S from Friendly Electronics, equipped with a VPN, which then connects to a Netgear RBR750, followed by a Huawei switch, another Netgear switch, and finally to the Nucleus+. I checked the time of your response, which should be around 2:00 AM Beijing time today. At that time, there might have been network connectivity issues because I had turned off the VPN.

Can you try bypassing the switches and connecting your server directly to the router to see if that stops this issue from happening? Also we usually don’t support using a VPN with Roon though I understand that that is likely the only way for you to use Roon from your location.
