There is zero problem with the connection to the internet. The device in question dimply says that the system is paused. It is attached to a very sophisticated hi fi system. And it makes absolutely no sense that it does not work. The password is no problem. f

Our diagnostic servers aren’t associating any RoonServer instances with your account, so we’ll need to ask you to supply more specific information here.
Did you previously have Roon installed in this network, and if so, do you use a separate account for Roon Community and for Roon itself?
What is the make/model and OS of machine on which you’re installing RoonServer?
What is the topology of your network? Please describe the equipment connecting RoonServer to the internet.
If you have any firewalls or third-party antivirus software installed, make sure that you’ve added RoonServer as an exception. This includes the Windows Defender firewall if you have a Windows machine.

I have been using the same server for years. It suddenly stopped working. Nothing has changed. You clearly cannot fix it and I have no idea what to do. Just going around in circles and you ask the same questions and I give the same answers every time. The system in on, connected to the internet and frozen
Verizon high speed internet, a Grimm Mu1 server. It should work. IP address is obviously correcty.
The only thing I would know to try is reboot everything from your router on.
