Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Please try to restart your network setup by unplugging, waiting 30 seconds and then replugging in your networking gear.

Have you checked your firewall settings to ensure that Roon is allowed through?

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

Thanks for writing in! Sorry to hear about your Nucleus issues.

This is odd, as our servers are able to see your Nucleus - are you still running into issues?

Are you able to see your Nucleus from your router settings>device list?

Are you able to access the webUI of your Nucleus? Here’s more info on this:

Yes I still have issues. I will do more research anf dowload the apps again.

Sounds good @Gregory_Glock - share a screenshot of the webUI of your Nucleus if you’re able to access it.

I’d also get a direct ethernet connection from your Nucleus to your primary router as well - bypass any and all network gear temporarily. :+1:
