Difference between albums marked as "New" in Windows Core vs iPad Remote

On my iPad I have some albums marked as NEW whereas on my Windows laptop the same albums are not. In both controls I look at the same Zone. What can be the reason. @support

Can you please post a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your Windows laptop vs what you’re seeing on your iPad for New? Is the new content local library tracks or TIDAL tracks? Please let me know.

The new content is both Tidal and local library albums.

Thank you for providing the screenshots. Can you please let me know if you are using the same profile on both your iPad and Core? You can check this by clicking your name in the sidebar:

OK. Yes I see I have two different profiles with the same name. I don’t know how this second profile has started. When I have the same profile on both screens I have the same set of NEW albums. I will delete the second profile!
