· I have a Tidal Playlist called Favorites on the left hand side bar. My Library has albums only. What is the difference between having a Favorites Playlist and the Library. Should or can they be synced?

Hello @cjones,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

To clarify how this works: your Roon library is divided into several sections for easier navigation, such as Albums, Artists, Tracks, and Composers.

Your Tidal playlists are accessible within Roon, and any individual tracks you’ve “favorited” will naturally appear in your Tracks browser. Similarly, favorited albums will sync to your Albums section.

However, you have total control - if you prefer, you can keep your songs strictly within playlists without adding them to your main Roon Library at all. This is a great way to keep your main album view uncluttered.

Could you let us know a bit more about the specific workflow you’re hoping to achieve? Once we know how you’d ideally like your Favorites and Library to behave, we can guide you on the exact steps to set it up.

Thanks.
