Difficulties playing TIDAL content

Sorry to jump in on your thread, but I am having similar issues with connection.
The error in connecting seem to be to the iPad I use to control.
If I refresh several times it eventually works.
As with the original poster, the Tidal App itself is very reliable, the only time I get issues is via roon.

I have ROCK running on a nuc i3, latest version roon 1.5
Issue is with all endpoints, Naim Uniti, Naim Muso, various google chrome points etc.

Once connected, all works well, I just have to constantly keep refreshing the app

So we can better assist you, please describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Is this a new behavior with Roon or has this always occurred?

Moving forward I am hoping you can try clearing your TIDAL cache in Roon:

  1. Shutdown your Roon Core via the Web UI
  2. Find and open your Roon database
  3. Navigate to /Library/Roon/Cache
  4. Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  5. Try restarting Roon and syncing Tidal

Have cleared the cache, rebooted and synced - fingers crossed, that seems to have fixed the issue.
I was also struggling to see any of Tidal’s recommended playlists, but again all now ok.

I had changed routers after initial install, and the problems arose after that.
