Disconnection from Naim Uniti Star- spotty streaming, and device not recognized by MacBook Core Qobuz

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Switch NetGear ProSafe 5 pro gigabit switch (plugged into router Netgear CM 1100) - Ethernet hardwired to Naim Uniti Star
MacBook Air is wifi - Google Pods
Speed runs at close to 1 gig per s

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Naim Uniti Star - Ethernet connection
USB SSD drive with ripped CDs path to drive is fine on Qobuz (it is mapped and library finds the CDs)

Description Of Issue

  • Device Naim - does not get recognized or dropped, running Qobuz or Tidal
  • Streaming gets spotty and interrupted
  • No such issue playing form Qobuz platform or Tidal directly
  • Restart of computer, sometimes, fixes the issue.

Can you please try to connect your Macbook via Ethernet to verify if the issue is the same?
How do you have your DNS servers on the router configured, are you using Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS?
