The pause notification symbol is shown on the top right avatar that accesses settings.

In the Roon music platform, a “yearly badge” is a profile badge on the Roon Labs Community forum that indicates how many years a user has been a member.
These badges are awarded to members who have been part of the community for one or more years.

That’s correct for Support since tickets are created using the Get Help button only.
#metadata may be an oversight; I’m checking.
Not me (this time ), but I have just split out the discussion to here.
My understanding is that Roon staff are making some adjustments, I guess the changes will take a little time to ripple through and become consistent.
