Description of Issue

My NAD M33 suddenly refuses to play the Curtis Steiger album Gentleman from my NAS.

I can play from my other end-points, DragonFly Cobalt/Windows laptop and Primare NP5/RME ADI-2 DAC using my ROCK and ARC on my Sony phone. BluOS works fine too.

Due to a lot of thunder storms in recent weeks, I have turned ROCK and NAS off and on a number of times. But always shut them down by the book.

Any idea?

Not familiar with the NAD, but if it is only the NAD I would check the sample rate, maybe?
I had issues with a DAC that did not want to play some tracks and had to reduce the sample rate to 96kHz for the zone for those tracks to play. It’s under the advanced area in the device setup page.
Might vary for you depending on how you have it hooked up?

Good thinking. Here’s some more info

Thanks, I had Dirac enabled and Roon doesn’t seem to be able to play 88,2/24 bit with Dirac enabled.
Thank you, immediate problem solved but I would like it to work…

I think you need to address this to Bluesound, as per the info in the linked thread
