Does RAM increase forever?

Hi @Eminent_One,

Is RoonAppliance stable using 4.6 GB RAM or is it increasing over time (potential memory leak)?
If the former then I’d not worry about, Roon is a memory intensive application.

That said, you may find your WIndows machine perfumes better in general with more memory … so consider increasing from 8 GB ? to 16 GB RAM. I did this (and fitted a faster SSD) and never looked back.

Well, yes and no. Sometimes I get random stops during playback, but i’m not sure if this is Roon or something network, etc. This ram usage is unlike anything i’ve seen before though. I do have 16gb already and started noticing this after the last build.
