Downgrade to 1.8 Legacy on QNAP

Hi All,

To reiterate here, if you wish to downgrade to 1.8 Legacy on QNAP, you will need to download the QNAP .qpkg from Chris Rieke’s RoonOnNAS – Use your NAS as a Roon Core website and manually install it, this is a direct link:

If you wish to use a Roon Remote with 1.8 Legacy, these also need to have the Legacy app installed, which can be found on our Migration Guide:

It’s been 20 days without you guys solving the problem that opened this post.
His answer is the same: “Can’t install Roon 2.0 on your operating system? Install 1.8 on your nucleus.”
Answer that does not solve anything, since if we have different devices, some that support 1.8 others 2.0, it is still impossible to use Roon if it is installed in the nucleus as 1.8 or vice versa.

Bravo for you!!!
