As the title says, almost all of my downloaded albums don’t appear in the Downloads tab of ARC. I can however access them if I go to the “Find music to download” tab, which basically mean that they’re on my phone but have just stopped appearing in the downloads. Is there any fix for this, or will I have to redownload everything in order for them to appear ?
Screenshot of this could help
Ok, I can see what you mean.
I have checked on mine. On that screen it is also showing what’s been downloaded as well as what’s available. I have not downloaded that many yet so I see less already downloaded.

This will need support assistance to feed back to the devs. The filter option on this tab isn’t filtering out already downloaded content.
This just happened to me too – the albums are still on the phone and I can listen to them off line in the Find music tab
This just happened to me. The files are there, but do not show in the downloads page. I usually select shuffle play from the downloads page, but the option isn’t available now because ARC thinks there are no downloads.
That happened to me a couple of months ago. You may be able to find them [as did I] in the find music to download tab. That worked for me but I decided to test the new version earlier this week and deleted the app and did a clean install which so far is working perfectly for me
I also have this issue. Since I have 100s of albums downloaded I have been hoping for a fix to this. Even when it was working correctly the offline ability to find your music is severely poor. I do not understand how there is no ability to search your music via album or artist when you are offline. Now when I am offline I can only play music that shows up in the recently played or recently added, nothing else will show up. I have also had major issues with the app crashing if it would try to play a song that was not downloaded to my device. It is to the point where I had to select the option to only play music that has been downloaded. I want to put over 500 albums on my phone but if this is going to be an issue I don’t want to take the time to even do it one time much less have to redo it every few months when the app decides to fail like this. I also can not download more than a few albums at a time before the process will crash, either arc or the server which is on roon hardware.
Same here, over the last few days I haven’t been able to access the majority of my downloaded albums when offline.
I’d urge both of you to open Support requests.
