Downloaded files are not visible in offline Roon Arc

Hello. I’m on vacation with limited access to internet so I decided to download majority of my music albums to Roon Arc on Samsung Android phone to use offline. Computer with roon library is switched off at home.
After a few days I noticed that some of downloaded files are not visible in Roon Arc software on the phone. See attached printscreens:
Dave Matthew’s Band abum is visible on the dowloaded album list, used space by music files (379 mb) is also visible, but no songs available under album cover.
Have you seen similar problem earlier? Any idea how to fix it without connecting to roon library?

How many days?

I wonder if the time limit thing is really the issue. I find offline mode really glitchy and something Roon hopefully will address and fix soon.

After a short period of time in offline mode, adding any tags makes everything extremely slow and laggy.

Artwork rarely works.

I have also had it where it looks like something is downloaded only to find it isn’t.

Wish offline mode would just work.

Well it could be, depending no how long you have had it. Generally, ARC does need an occasional connection (even if slow and short) as described in the linked post.

Never tried that but I wouldn’t be surprised. I think it’s mainly for listening.

Indeed, and it’s very annoying. I and others have reported it many times. There were supposedly several attempts to fix it but it still doesn’t work - they have an open ticket to try again.

After a short time? If it’s not because you have been offline “too long” (whatever this is, approx 2 weeks as per the above link) I’d recommend that you open a ticket by clicking here → Support and then Get Help. (They don’t monitor user discussions here in Roon Software Discussion)

Who wouldn’t  You can leave feedback in Feedback where Roon Labs will see it. (Again, they don’t monitor user discussions here in Roon Software Discussion)

I’ve reloaded the downloads too many times to count. Never ever rely on them being there.

I get that adding numerous tags while listening to offline mode could make it laggy but it still sucks - at least for how I discover new music. I am one of the few (likely) who still rates each individual song (to be used for various playlists later). One of those olf Apple Music listeners. Since Roon does not allow a star rating on the track level, I use tags. This doesn’t work in offline mode (for very long).

The good thing at least for me - I don’t need offline mode often. Arc overall, while connected, works almost perfectly. Its only when I am on a plane or travelling where I cannot get a great signal that I need to use offline mode.

4-5 days until I noticed first empty album without any songs

Seems a bit short, although…

I guess only official support can tell you. Allow me to refer you to this previous post, because I thought I was talking to you
