Thank you for your. According to diagnostics, ARC hasn’t syned with your RoonServer machine in several days. When is the last time you synced ARC with your RoonServer on home WiFi?
Can you please share a screenshot of the Downloads section of your ARC settings page?
If there’s corruption in the ARC-side database, you might need to fully reinstall the app, which will unfortunately wipe any currently-downloaded content. However, this heavy-handed step should refresh conditions and allow Smart Downloads to proceed as normal.
Sorry I never saw this response. I was connected to my Roon Server about 20 minutes earlier. This was in airplane moden while I was on a plane. I think it might have been a corruption at abad time. I used the hotel wifi to redownload the app and redownload some albums for my flight home.
Thanks for the update. It is not clear, but it sounds like you solved the issue with the reinstall? If you still can reproduce this issue in the future even after the reinstall, please let us know.
yea I would say a reinstall fixed it although it did take a lot of effort to redownload stuff. If it happens again, I’ll try to keep it around for testing.
