Thanks for writing in!

Do you keep Arc in offline mode for the duration of this time? Note that Arc does still need to connect to your sever and our upstream authentication services every 14 days or so, which could potentially leave Arc in an odd state, and potentially remove your downloads, which would be odd.

Let us know a bit more detail around your issue and your use case for Arc, and we’ll be able to better understand possible causes.

Yes, I probably kept Arc in offline mode for long time. I don’t remember exactly but it might be. Still I may be away from home for a few weeks, being offline and I still want my downloads not to be deleted.

Hi @Shaul_Ben-Yossef ,

Would it be possible for you to temporarily go online to connect to the Server when you are traveling (and then go back into offline mode)? Are you having port forwarding issues, or what is preventing you from connecting to the Roon Server?

How can I go online when traveling? I have no access to my roon server at home.
