DR value on 2017 Sgt Pepper (CD)?

If you look at the dynamic range (DR) for the newest 2017 Sgt Pepper (http://dr.loudness-war.info/album/view/129137) the album DR should be 8.

However, Roon has identified it in my collection as DR5, with many of the tracks being as low as 3.

What gives? Is this a totally different analysis than common elsewhere?

Thanks. Regardless, that’s a pretty big difference. I guess that’s why they say they can’t be compared directly.
