This problem is not new and still happens to me with build 142.
Drag drop a jpg into the dialog box often does nothing at all.
also the text is displayed strange missing letters.
clicking the actual “drag ima…” link sometimes opens a proper dialoge box but you could also end up with something psychedelic like this 
with no save button in sight…
can this please be fixed once and for all?
