Description of Issue
everthing runs smooth until i switch on the “exclusive mode” in the device setup: if i go exclusive , i get severe audio dropouts : ~3 seconds of silence every ~2 minutes of music

If possible, are you able to connect your Audiolab to your core via USB, and test to see if you still run into dropouts?
With that, if you’re able to grab a timestamp or two of the next time this issue occurs (date,time) this will allow our team to enable diagnostics and take a look at what might be going on at the time of the issue.
Please be sure to give your network, core, and endpoints a hard reboot as well. Power cycling your router can often times help with issues like this too
