Dropouts when playing with Sonos Connect

Dropouts every 30-45 sec, 1-2 sec. duration

Thanks for your patience while we work through each thread. I’m sorry to hear about your SONOs dropping out during playback.

To better examine this issue, can you please boot up your core and keep it online so we can enable diagnostics? If you could recreate the issue and share the date and time as well, that would helpful :pray:

Have you tried hard wiring your SONOs? I would also make sure your core is hardwired to your router as well.
