DSD Upsampling,sounds only from one of the left and right speakers [Resolved - DAC sent in for repair]

I’m using roon on Mac mini.
When Using DSD Upsampling, occasionally sounds only from one of the left
and right speakers. Restart playback to fix it.

Roon 1.3(209), macOS 10.12.3
Mac mini 2012 16GB RAM, NAS (on same network)
PS Audio Nuwave DSD DAC.

Hi @ucchi ---- Thank you for the report. So this is only occurring when you are upsampling, correct? If you leave this feature off playback is successful 100% of the time? This may seem like an elementary question, but can you verify that the connection between your DAC and speakers is in good health?

Furthermore, can you please provide a screen shot of the settings you are using when the DSP engine is active?

Yes, It occurs only during DSD Upsampling. It does not occur in PCM Upsampling.

If you leave this feature off playback is successful 100% of the time?
Yes, Upsampling feature off, or upsampling with PCM will succeed 100%.

This problem has never happened with DSD Upsampling in Audirvana.
