During scan, roon counts and adds more albums than existing on Sinology and then counts back and removes extra albums

Dear Roon Community,

There are cca 11500 albums on my Sinology NAS (no duplicates) and the Sinology folder is added in Storage settings only once, as it should be.

During scan, Roon core counts a lot more - cca 21000 albums and a lot of duplicates with the same path to Sinology folder are added. When reaches 21000 albums - roon counts back and removes the duplicates just to end up on original number of 11500 albums.

I did Library clean up and tried to add /@recycle/ to the Ignored Paths (just in case) - same result.

This is taking too much time and core is a lot slower during the process.

Please help me to prevent this process.

Thank you

Apologies for the delay, @Goran_Novakovic! Our team’s queue is longer than typical at the moment, but we’re working to get back to everyone as quickly as we can.

Are you still seeing this issue? If so, can you share a screenshot of Settings > Storage?

Thanks!

Dear Dylan,

No problem, thank you for answering. Below is the Storage setting print screen. Thank you!

I was wondering if this issue is still ongoing? Can we still help  ?
