I’m thinking a factory reset is in order (if you haven’t done that already).
I did find this thread ELAC Discovery Z3 not connecting anymore that indicated the same issue and it was overcome by updating the Z3.
Let me know how it goes. I’m thinking there’s not much Roon can do but we are always happy to give you the story as Roon sees it!
