I checked the app version and its 2.4.35.
I saw you are on 3.9.12 so I wanted to know why I couldn’t see an update server.
Is there any other way to upgrade the firmware. Whats the latest version you are on at the moment?
I have written to emm labs support too, hope get a response from them soon.

i‘m using ns1 fw v3.9.12 since many weeks and mcontrolhd v2.4.35 showed me it’s the newest fw.
i made the update some time ago with an older version of mcontrolhd and i know no other possibility to update the ns1.

My NS1 was not recognized by Mconnect Application installed on my Ipad. So I checked any connexion (RJ45) behind the Switch and Rebooted the MS1.
Success 
Now the NS1 is back and recognized by Mcconnect Application. NS1 is now operating with 3.9.12 release.

are you still using your ns1?
today i got the info of an update.
until now i used v3.9.20 and wanted to start it.
but it does not really started and now the ns1 is bricked 
which version do you use?
i suspect the lan interface is defect and it has nothing to do with the update.
i can see the two leds at the lan socket glowing red.
and the middle led on the front of the ns1 is red….

Thank you for your Warning, but I did not updated my NS1.
Nowadays I Listen my Music using a Vinyl Solution (tweaked Gyrodec SE).
So , for the moment, the numeric solution is not my hifi actuality.

This is an old thread but I’m wondering if there’s been any update to the NS1 since v v3.9.20.
When I check, I get the message Upgrade Server not available.

the current version of my ns1 is v3.9.31 and server seems to be reachable. at least there is no error message…

Just could not get it to work from my home network.
Brought it to my office and it’s updated right away.
