Hello @feite.hofman

Thank you for reaching Roon support.

Thanks for reaching out. Just to clarify—are you seeing the “you don’t have any Favorite tracks” message inside Roon tracks itself, or is this coming from the page of your streaming service like Qobuz or Tidal?

It would help a lot if you could send a screenshot showing exactly where you see this message. That way we can guide you properly.

Good day @feite.hofman !

From the screenshot we can see that you have this problem on Qobuz.

This is a known problem as of now caused by API change on Qobuz side.

Roon will adopt to those API change within next update expectedly so you won’t have to wait long.

If you want it immediately you can apply to Early Access program.

Have a nice day!

Regards.

Hi @feite.hofman,

So you’re aware, there is a fix for the issue you reported in this undergoing testing in the #earlyaccess section. There is also a main tracking thread where the team is sharing regular updates:

If you want to migrate your RoonServer over to Early Access to test the fix, please follow the instructions in this article:

We’re going to close this thread to ensure that all users see updates - please keep your eye on the main tracking thread above moving forward.

The fix will be included in the next Roon release, so if you don’t want to move your server and remotes to Early Access, you can simply wait for the next update.
