Description Of Issue
Enabled options in Settings > Audio may not show as available (and cannot be selected) for playback. Sometimes restarting the server causes them to reappear, sometimes not. Which ones can be used, or not, seems to be random: could be iPhone or Allo over RAAT that disappear, while the same DigiOne device might still be selectable via SharePort (AirPort) protocol.
