Hi, I’m looking at a JBL SDP-55 to use as a HT processor and Roon endpoint. This processor has Dirac Live and Dirac Live Bass Control.
Has anyone got experience running this processor as a part of a multi zone Group in Roon and what were your experiences with respect to Group synchronisation?
- Does Dirac add latency after Roon establishes the stream?
- Or is the Dirac processing done before the Roon stream and accounted for in the standard Roon stream synchronisation initiation process?
Please, no guesses kind people. If you’ve tried it I’m keen to know how well it worked (or not).
