Description Of Issue

I tried to do a manual backup to a USB drive. It started, then “Error backing up database”

Hi @Hope_Tan,

If you back up to a different drive do you experience the same issue?

I have no other drive other than usb ports on the ROCK. I have checked the USB stick is good.

Hello @Hope_Tan, if you only have the one device to send backups to, can you check if that device is formatted correctly? We have an article with the accepted formats here.
