I did install build 1167. But Roon for me appears still to be working.
Do I need to take any further action?

I’m a fellow user not Roon staff.
But I read that they’ve paused updates until they fix an issue with the latest one, and for those that updated before the pause that are having issues there’s a temporary fix (you could search the forums for if need be)

It was a little slow to launch, but not every time.
As a matter of fact, it seems - in the usual excellent Roon manner - an update is available (build 1169), which I’ve just downloaded and installed. Everything seems OK still/again .
