Error during Tidal playback: track currently unavailable and stopping playback (ref#FAGDJO)

· Logging out and back in had no impact, the issue remains

· All devices affected - Rega Saturn3, Google Nest speaker, Google Pixel6a phone

Describe the issue

attempting to play any track from Tidal returns the error "track currently unavailable" Roon attempts to access incrementally through an album, but fails. Error returned "too many failures - stopping playback"

Describe your network setup

Rock on NUC, wired ethernet connection to router. USB out of NUC to DAC on Rega Saturn3 CD/DAC

Same here. Playback directly with the Tidal web player works.

Yes agree Patrick - Tidal direct outside of Roon works for me too.

Same here. All tracks inside Tidal’s playlist show unavailable. However it can still be played when click whole list. Please help to fix the issue

It somehow seems to work again, at least Roon Radio picked Tidal tracks and Playlists by Roon play (which are backed by Tidal in my case).

Tidal in Roon is working again for me now too :slight_smile:
