Error loading library in Roon app on Nucleus - Unable to access settings or navigate away (ref#6LL009)

Describe the issue

I am using Nucleus, when opening Roon I get '' there is an issue loading your library'' . I Have deleted and reinstalled Roon app. I am unable to enter settings in the app, or navigate away from the error page. I do not have a back up ( CD's have been downloaded into Nucleus). Please kindly advise.

Thanks for writing in! Sorry to hear you’re having issues with your Nucleus.

Without any available backups, I’m afraid your only option would be to start from scratch, and re-import all of your local files.

As some time has passed, I wanted to see what your current status is, and if you’ve already started this process? If so, and if you already have your library re-imported, I would most definitely create a fresh backup for safekeeping.
