What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble with my DAC, speakers, streamer, etc.

What best describes the issue with your audio device?

· My device has never shown up in Settings > Audio

Describe the issue

Roon does "see" my DAC. When I try to add "OPPO USB AUDIO 2.0 ASIO Driver", I get this error message "Device initialization failed".

Netgear Nighthawk router, Modem is an Arris SB8200

Thanks for writing in and welcome to the community! We’re unable to see your Roon Server device on our end for further investigation, could you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

With that, could you also reinstall the most recent firmware version on the DAC and see if the same issue pops up?
