Thank you for your post. We’ve activated diagnostic logging and identified a pattern - RoonServer crashes in the background after RoonAppliances exceeds the disk quota allocated on the NAS.
Have you set any custom allocation limits on this machine for the location where you’re storing RoonServer? This will be beneath Roon in your operating system settings.
I don’t set a allocation limit for the Roon server.
Roon had been stable before, but in the past two weeks, this issue has started occurring, possibly due to a recent update.
I am certain that I have not set any disk space limits for the Roon server.
There are the following records in the Roon server logs:
09/20 20:32:06 Trace: [raatserver] [RaatServer KURFUERST-PC @ 192.168.1.100:9200] client connection failed. Retrying in 1687ms

09/20 20:32:18 Trace: [raatserver] [RaatServer KURFUERST-PC @ 192.168.1.100:9200] client connection failed. Giving up
Perhaps this error is related to the RAAT server?
Can you please check this aspect? CONTROL PANEL > select the FOLDER which shows the error > EDIT on the top of the page > select ADVANCED > deselect “ENABLE SHARED FOLDER QUOTA” or adjust the size.
