Get error message “File not available from TIDAL”

New user, confirmed in my set up that I’m signed into Tidal successfully. Error message appears on all tracks. Able to access all tracks successfully directly on Tidal.

Can you confirm that Roon is on the latest version (Build 511)? You can find this by going to Settings > About.

Have you tried rebooting the Core machine since experiencing this issue?

Is local content playing okay?

Yes, latest build version, have rebooted Mac and Roon independently.

Local content plays fine.
