Hey @niko.tanner,

We’d be happy to take a closer look, could you please reproduce the issue and share the track name? This will help give us a timestamp for further investigation.

Does this happen no matter the file format? Or, do you notice this on a specific format?

Which device does this issue occur with specifically? I see you have multiple mobile devices tied to your account.

We’ll be on standby for your reply :+1:

It happens all track (offline/online) modes. Sound have digital breaks/distortion (goes worse if phone is used same time)

All file formats and bitrates (dac is detected ok and dac bitrate color led is ok)

All dacs Ifi Go Link, Ifi Nano DSD black, Cambridge DacMacic XS with Motorola G54
when using USB beta driver mode Roon ARC

Only dac with works G54 is old DragonFly Black (limited to 96khz rate)

All dacs works fine with Roon ARC Nokia XR21 and Lenovo M10 Tab 3 with Roon ARC Beta Driver

Also dacs works ok in Motorola G54 when using UAPP Player (bit perfect mode) so, but I would more prefer to use Roon ARC Bit Perfect

How is this a Roon Support issue? All signs point to it being a cellphone issue. The Motorola G54 is a low end, budget handset with a Mediatek processor. If the DACs work fine with other handheld devices but not with the Motorola and especially not if the cellphone is being used at the same time, then the Motorola probably is not up to the task. Roon is not going to make Roon ARC lighter weight just so that it can run better on low end, budget devices.

Motorola support asked to contact Roon. It is strange Motorola G54 work fine with DragonFly Black (96khz also/MQA) and with headphone jack. I was thinking that has some issue with USB-Beta driver mode. Dragonfly Black is only USB1.1 rest of dacs are 2.0.

Otherwise very happy with Roon / Roon ARC. I will then use Nokia XR21/Lenovo M10 Tab to get bitperfect mode 192khz working.and use Motorola G54 with headphone jack only.
