External Hard Drive Not Fully Accessed by Roon (ref#UPLA03)

Description of Issue

Hello, I connected my 8TB external hard drive to my music server, and under My Library - Albums - Focus I selected my external hard drive.

The issue I am having is Roon is only accessing maybe 25% of the songs and albums on my drive.

Do I need to change something on my Roon account to be able to access the full 8TB on my external hard drive?

I have a Novus 8TB external hard drive with around 110,000 songs.

Connected Audio Devices

External hard drive is connected by USB-C to a Pink Faun Music Server (made in Netherlands).

My internet is the fastest speed, hard wired ethernet, Luxul router

Meaning that only 25% get imported into Roon?

You didn’t mention that you set up the drive in Settings > Storage. Did you?
How much data is on there?
Was the drive attached in the past and did it work then (i.e. everything visible) or is this the first time?

Asking because if it’s several TB of stuff the Roon will need some time to import it. Are you seeing a spinning circle top right in the Roon window? Because that would mean it’s still importing.

If you go to Settings > Library > Skipped Files, are there any listed?
