Description of Issue
I have read many issues regarding failure to see your ROON web browser interface and instead get error Roon core failed to load. I have worked out what the issue is and document it below. IT IS NOT what people on this support have been saying that the SSD are failing. It happens after a ROON update. I usually perform a UPDATE ALL when notified of a roon update.
Then thereafter the web interface fails. To fix this I attach a keyboard and HDMI monitor.
Type resetnetwork this gives by default a DHCP served IP.
I can then access the core on that and have to go in abd resetup the fixed IP address and it all works again.
It’s that simple, although extremely annoying as its been happening ever since the latest release post ARC. I am on ROON 2.0 build 1148 production.
