Description of Issue

I launched Roon after a while I havent used it and a message alerted me there was an update so I launched it and then it appeared a fatal error box message (see attachement). I tried to dinstall Roon app and I downloaded the new app from Roon site but I have the same fatal error.

It sounds as though you have the Compatibility Mode for an earlier version of Windows turned on. You need to turn it off. See: Right-click the Roon shortcut on your Windows Desktop and choose “Properties” to bring up the Properties window. Select the Compatibility tab and make sure that the “Run this program in compatibility mode” checkbox is NOT checked… [image]
