Favourite an album via ROON ARC but the cover art cannot be shown in ROON CORE

I’ve favour an album via ROON ARC and afterward I can find it in ROON CORE but the cover art cannot be shown.

Can you share some screenshots of examples. I personally haven’t experienced it, but can help you to see if it’s isolated to you alone or the greater community.

Is it from Tidal or Qobuz?

I use silent angel Rhein Z1 as ROON core. I selected an album via Qobuz

These two albums are chosen but no cover art was shown. The cover art for album ‘Hope’ was edited by me.

Might be worth a manual re-sync of Qobuz to see if that helps.

Settings > Services > Qobuz > Sync library now

I use Tidal and both showed album art. With Arc being down at the moment I cannot see if I can see the album art there.

In order to better understand your situation, please fill out the necessary system info below:

Roon Core Machine

Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM)

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Your network gear (model of routers/switches) and if on WiFi/Ethernet

Connected Audio Devices

Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.)

Number of Tracks in Library

Tell us how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”

Description of Issue

Tell us about the problem you’re having in as much detail as possible. Screenshots are always appreciated!

In addition to this, I would also try:

1. Clearing your image cache from your Roon core settings> setup
2. Cleaning up your Library via settings>library
