The best live album guys and gals is surely Shirley Thin Lizzy - Live and Dangerous because why not.
The “best” live albums is one where you were there.
I won golden circle tickets for Hyde Park and took my 17 year old son with me. He was supposed to be at work and dipped his head each time the automated camera swept over the crowd. Perhaps the Superman T-Shirt wasn’t the best choice to blend in 
Tons of fun!
Bridge over Troubled Water is just fabulous on this album. Hard to listen to another version after hearing it.
S&G version is great as well
Saw the tour when it came to Vancouver, bought the vinyl, then the CD + DVD.
I’ve seen the Demme film so many times now I don’t what I look like.
It’s not a ‘favourite’ favourite, but the audio quality is great for a live recording.
Amazing set with an all star band. Clean recording as well.
What I find so impressive about the Metrople orchestra is that they can groove!
