Favourites not synchronising in UI windows

Description of Issue

Hi, Through the albums window I’ve been marking my favourite tracks for particular albums. Although the heart icon is highlighted in this view if I switch to the track list window none of the tracks “favourited” in the Albums window appear highlighted!

Several months ago when I was doing this the same way anything favourited in the Albums window would also automatically appear favourited in the Tracks window…

I’ve tried restarting core, shutting down all instances of roon remote/desktop etc. Checked for skipped files in settings - library which are 0. Also done file clean up which again is 0. Forced a rescan on all music folders.
So now I’m stuck with what to do next?

A second problem is that not all my albums seem to be importing I have for example Reggae Hits Vol 1 through to 37 all using the same naming convention and “tagged.” All in the same main folder, with sub folders for each album however for example vol 2,4, 6, 7 & 8 will not import. The albums all show up and play fine in Foobar.

Hi Support. Still no reply after 2 weeks! As a lifetime subscriber I had hoped that I would of been able to get some kind of support when things seem not to be working as they should!
Whilst the software is great when it works as it should, but it’s annoying when it doesn’t and even worse when it feels you’ve been left out in the cold by support. Who seem to be able to respond to support requests posted after mine…

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delay in getting back to you here. Are you having this issue in the Roon or the ARC app? Would you be able to record a short video of the issue and post a link here? Are these favorites local library tracks, TIDAL or Qobuz tracks?
